An experienced business consultant with 35′ years strategic, financial, information technology and operational consulting experience (including 20 years as a partner) across a variety of service delivery, account management and practice management roles within Arthur Andersen, Accenture, Price Waterhouse, Deloitte and Kemp Little.
Having worked across different delivery competencies (strategy, people, process and technology) during the early stages of my career, I progressed to build skills in programme management and business architecture. The role I perform best with clients and project teams is one of integration – either between strategy, business design and delivery or across specific competencies.
In the capacity of Business / Solution Architect, Programme or Account Partner, I have led the delivery of major business design and programme delivery engagements across multiple industries.
In parallel with serving clients, I have also taken a lead role in the growth and development of the management consultancy firms that I have worked for. Through a combination of line management responsibility and in-house projects I have contributed to strategy and service line development in a variety of consulting environments.
Management issues addressed include the design and launch of new services, key account management, operating model design, competency frameworks, knowledge management and performance reward.
I have also taken line management responsibility for consulting businesses at a national, industry, service line, competency and local office level. My expertise in developing consult firms has also been sort by legal firms and corporate clients wishing to develop their own in-house consult capabilities.
In working with clients or colleagues, I am keen to bring creative thinking and intellectual rigour to the early stages of business, solution and programme design to ensure that the foundations for success are prepared early on.
A keen beekeeper and with a portfolio career covering graphene sensor technology, IoT devices, digital health and the legal issues surrounding data, AI and IP, I am keen to help Shashin and the rest of the OnePoint team with the next phase of their development.
